Otherwise you might be to high or to low if you are downwind on the seaside. Handling is uncomplicated. If you know Dubrovnik city then you might stay in Konavle (e.g. Hotel Castelleto). You save a lot for the taxi, they got lovely hotels and restaurants just on the harbor.
