[jokiko] 		Very good service & handling. Looks low traffic out of weekends. We were alone mid week 19-Aug. Recommend to stay in Krk island, but prefer to avoid Omisalj and go to Malinska, Njivice or Bask.

[rcalandri] 		Uncomplicated airport. But expect a departure slot with some minutes delay if you depart in the rush hour and season, because they do not have a full taxiway. The approach might be turbulent in strong wind conditions.
The airport is called Rijeka but this city is about 50 taxi-Euros away from the airport. In Rijeka I recommend the nice Hotel Jadran with a seaside room. Better look for a hotel on the island Krk.
Landing 55 Euro for a single but you save a lot on fuel 1,18 Euro, about 50% less than in other EU countries.

Largest Marina in Croatia in PUNAT, 25 KM away, beautifully located in a large inland Bay. Island Kosljun with ancient Monastry in this Bay. Interesting to visit. Taxi call 098 - 327701 or 091 - 1654392.Price to Punat 30 to 35 Euro.
