	15.08.19	Alexander Bubenik [profaxel]	The reception at the airfield was welcoming, friendly and accommodating to say the least. We rented to bicycles (each 7,-- € per day, 30 minutes ride to downtown Weimar). Weimar itself is a heritage shrine of german history, very nice in appearance (e.g. historic buildings, squares, shopping, restaurents and coffee bars etc.). On your way from the airfield to the city centre you'll come along the "Park an der Ilm" - a very nice place. My grade: Excellent airport for General Aviation! Category: City access Romantic getaway
