	19.10.15	Frank Naumann [naf]	Friendly and helpful staff, small restaurant nearby, internet access in the office, credit cards accepted, pay attention to the vertical rwy profile, AVGAS available (fuel station), no public transport as far as I`ve seen. The aerodrome has GPS-based IFR procedures which are PPR! That sounds plain stupid to non-Germans, doesn`t it? In Bayreuth you are officially not allowed to fly IFR unless the AFIS station is manned with an English speaking guy. The airport and the surrounding airspace remain uncontrolled though, and you guess what the usual workaround looks like... My grade: Fair enough - it's a flat place to crash Category: Fuelstop City access
