	25.12.22	Mike Miller [mikemiller]	Beautiful island, with relatively cheap hotels and great Scuba. But Air Seychelles was absolutely awful! We arranged for a "discounted" $700 handling fee (1900KG DA42), and they tried to stick me with a bill for over $1200. Tacked on a $250 COVID surcharge and $200 administration fee. After protest, they removed the $250 COVID surcharge (this was in Dec 2022, well after the pandemic subsided). This delayed our departure for 2 hours. On top of this, the Air Seychelles agent Christian Melanie was extraordinarily rude to me, hiding his badge, and walking away threatening to close our flight plan. I would try to use another handler, ExecuJet or Zil Air next time. It's a shame Air Seychelles treats their customers so badly, since the island itself is amazing.
