[sxarf] 		Painfully slow,bureaucratic,conflicted proccess of many steps.If you have a local aviator friend and you weight<2t,then you might get along in 2 hours.Otherwise you'll be stuck til you call a handler to do the job for you.His fee might be in the vicinity of 300 Euro !!!
