	03.09.12	Frank Naumann [naf]	Coordinated airport in summer season so book your slots well in advance. Tower and ground crew perfectly organized, although the airport was full of charter passengers we didn't have to wait for anything, really impressive service compared to other south European airports, not a cheap pleasure though. AVGAS available, cash or major credit cards accepted. Neither pilot lounge nor briefing computers, only a public internet terminal in the passenger area of the departure terminal so flight planning ist best made in advance. Public bus connection to Split in front of the arrival terminal, car rental offices and taxi available. Mediaeval old towns of Split and Trogir are UNESCO world heritage and indeed worth a visit.
