	02.04.17	J. Lutz [deadstick]	Landed there in May 2016 without having required handling. The company Avia Partner claimed that handling was mandatory and asked for a fee of more than 300 EUR (in words: three hundred Euros). Whilst the on-site manager of the company was very friendly, the off-site responsible was very nasty over the phone claiming that handling was mandatory. Conclusion: Don't pay to Avia Partner unless you requested handling. Handling is only on request as stipulated in the official AIP Italy. The landing fee itself which you pay to ENAC was somewhere between 6 and 7 EUR (MTOW< 1.5 t). My grade: Fair enough - it's a flat place to crash Category: Fuelstop
	15.01.15	Rainer Calandri [rcalandri]	Friendly and helpful people. This is not an airport of entry but we could land there without problems arriving from Montenegro (not Schengen, not EU). And yes, this is one of the few places in south Italy where you can get avgas. The city Reggio Calabria did not impress us, 20 Euros by taxi. My grade: Your average airport for the area Category:
	21.07.14	Xavier Boyer [xboyer]	Expensive airport both for taxes and AVGAS, but AVGAS is rare in Italy... Expect to have problems with radio communications when you come IFR from the East, for example from Greece (waypoint AMREX). You'll hear them only close to the airport due to moutains I think.
