[anthonyepl] 		You need to send a flight notification either via their website or by email : operations@aeroportducastellet.com
They’ll have you sign a pilot booklet that contains briefing info about the airport.
It is mandatory to receive an "authorization" to go there (see NOTAM in force).
Be very careful when Northern wind conditions, the airport is right in the rotors and can be dangerous and impracticable.
